Lake Links provides progress report on trail

"The trail project is moving forward all around beautiful White Bear Lake.
On South Shore Boulevard, Ramsey County is assessing the established right of way and will work on trail design consistent with those results and the expressed preferences of the local populace. White Bear Lake and White Bear Township continue to work with Ramsey County in this regard. The city has completed the Lake Avenue extension to South Shore Boulevard."
