The Lake Links Association invites you to join friends and neighbors in our 8th annual recreational bike ride around White Bear Lake on Saturday, July 12. The guided ride will start and end at the Saputo Station rest stop at Bellaire Beach Park, 2500 South Shore Boulevard.
Riders will be separated into groups of 20 or fewer to ride clockwise around White Bear Lake accompanied by Lake Links guides. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. The first group will line up on the trail by Saputo Station and depart at 8:30 a.m. Subsequent groups will assemble right after the group before them departs until all the groups have left the park.
Arrive at the park in plenty of time so you can sign a waiver, put air in your tires at the bike maintenance station, and learn about progress to date and yet to come with this Lake Links Trail.
New this year: History Mystery Tour! Lake Links Association board member Ian Harding will lead the 9 a.m. wave of riders on a history tour with brief stops to share stories at six points of historic interest along the trail. This tour will be limited to 10 riders, so register as soon as possible if you'd like this option.
The ride is approximately 10 miles. Riders should be at least 12 years old and able to confidently bike in a group with vehicular traffic and occasional uneven conditions, and an adult should accompany those under 16. E-bike riders must be 15 or older by state law. Helmets and waivers are required, and we suggest high-visibility clothing and a bike mirror. Please bring your own drinking water.
Please be sure to sign up ahead of time so we have enough guides to make your day safe and fun.
In the event of adverse weather (thunderstorms, prolonged rain, severe heat), we will cancel. Check the Lake Links website for more information and last-minute updates.
Hope to see you there!

When I signed up for the July 12 bike ride it said on the screen thank you for signing up for the July 17th bike ride. I'm assuming the 17th was just a typo
