Progress on the South Shore segment

Ramsey County moved into the last stages of planning for the South Shore segment of the Lake Links Trail with a May 27 open house to share the trail design, answer questions, and gather feedback from community members.


The preferred design has a 10-foot-wide trail separated from motorized traffic by a 6-foot grassy buffer zone. Motorized traffic is two-way from White Bear Ave. to McKnight Road and one-way from McKnight to County Road F.
