Update on Streetcar Park fundraising campaign

Thanks to some very generous contributions, we are at 37% of the goal of $6,500 to be raised for the revitalization of Streetcar Park (now the major rest stop on the trail with picnic benches, covered bridge, and more). The City of Mahtomedi will be adding to the effort with their labor and installing screening fence, concrete pad and walkway for the portable toilet, plus a drinking fountain for the picnic area (total City contribution around $35,000). Volunteers will also contribute around 250 hours of labor.

We have added some payment channels for your convenience and now accept donations via Apple Pay (with phone), Google Pay, credit card, Venmo, and PayPal.

Checks may also be sent to Lake Links Association, PO Box 704 , Willernie, MN 55090. Please include a note directing your donation to “Streetcar Park Project.” The Lake Links Association is a 501(c)(3) charity.
