"20 Is Plenty" on Mahtomedi residential streets

The Lake Links trail and many other informal walking/ biking/ rolling routes in Mahtomedi share road space with vehicles due to lack of sidewalks and shoulders. In particular, many enjoy 2 miles of the Lake Links trail along Wildwood Beach Road and Park Avenue. The Mahtomedi City Council is currently considering lowering speed limits on residential streets in Mahtomedi to 20 mph.
